True Narrative by Jay Mark M. Malirong

 Failures Turn to Lesson

5 years ago when I was in grade seven, my friends let me to go to their house to eat boiled banana and to pick some vegetables on their garden. Since, I do not experienced that I decided to go and I thought it was really fun. Lunch time where we went to their house, I was excited at that moment because for a very long time of waiting to experience that finally I did, however because of the joy, we cannot observed that it was already time and we went in school too late, our teacher do not let us to go inside because we were late 20 minutes. That experienced would not just happened once but many times.

During exam, since I was always absent to her class it wouldn't be easy for me to answer the exam and I was disappointed with my scores. When she gave the grades it breaks my heart in to pieces because she gave me the grades that doesn't qualify to be listed in honor list. I was disappointed for myself for not getting the award that I dreamed of. However, through that experienced or situations it can help me to realized that sometimes your happiness will turn into sadness but I learned that we have a power to change it, by accepting our mistakes and do not let that sadness ruin your happiness, instead embrace it and look in to the good sides of your mistakes because sometimes God planned it, in order you to learn, grow, and to be a better version of yourself because we learn from our mistakes and mistakes doesn't negative only sometimes mistakes teaches a lesson.
